Your house is likely to be the most valuable thing you ever sell. Despite this some home owners and even some Estate Agents still use amateur photography. Our photography is very likely to pay for itself and then some. It will help you get more viewings which will hopefully lead to more offers and in you accepting a better price for your property. How do I book your service?
Please fill in the ‘Enquire about Photography’ section on this page. We will need to discuss your requirements, our availability and the weather forecast before making the booking.
How much does it cost?
Photography packages start at £195 for the Standard Package which includes 15-20 images and extra images can be added to your photo package if you wish. Mileage is charged at 45p/mile on an out and back basis from our NR13 address.
How many photos do I need?
The standard 15-20 image package will usually be enough for properties with up to three bedrooms. If there are four or more bedrooms you may need 21-30 images. Please fill in the ‘Enquire about photography’ section on this page to get started.
How long will it take?
A standard package photography shoot will take around 2-3 hours onsite. You can choose to be there the whole time if you wish or you can let us in and we will leave the key when we have finished. Whatever you prefer.
Do I need to be there when you come?
No, you can leave a key in a safe place and we will follow your instructions for what to do with the key at the end. You may have a key safe where it can be left. If you prefer to be there the whole time that is fine too.
What happens if it is raining on the day?
If the weather will adversely affect the photo shoot we will simply reschedule. We want you to have great quality images and sometimes it’s just best to wait for a better day. We need a dry day with very light cloud or brighter conditions. Blue skies can be added later! There is no charge to reschedule in these circumstances.
What will the final image size be?
Our photo files will be around 3-8mb each. This provides image files that are high enough resolution for any web use and for printing at at least A4 size. We can provide bigger image files if this is requested at the booking stage.
Do you include image retouching?
All our photos are digitally processed to get the best from them. We even include minor photo fixing in the price – this could be adding a blue sky to exterior images or getting rid of a few marks on a wall that is scheduled for redecorating. Please ask if you have any specific requirements.
When will I get my images?
We aim to process your images within 48 hours of the photo shoot. You will be emailed thumbnail size images and an invoice. Once the invoice is paid (you can do this online) we will send you the high resolution images by ‘We Transfer’.
How do I get my images?
Once payment has been made the high resolution images are sent to you by ‘We Transfer’. This is a very popular file transfer service that sends an email to you with a download link. Broadband and an email address are required.
Can you send the photographs by post?
We can post the images to you on a memory stick. This will take a little longer than by ‘We Transfer’ and you will be charged £9.95
What can I use the photographs for?
The images can be used in any way you wish to promote your property. You can use them on your own website as well as on Rightmove and on brochures if you wish. The image licence is non transferable and can only be used by you and any third parties using them on your behalf (i.e. to produce a brochure for you)

Do you print photographs?
No, we only provide digital photographs.
