What personal data we collect and why

Getting a price (Cost Calculator)

When you use the price calculator to get an instant quote, I collect your name, email address and phone number, along with the details you select about your property (such as size, image package and any add-ons). I use this to send you your price and to follow up about booking a shoot. I don't use these details for marketing unless you've also ticked the box to receive my property preparation guide (see below).

Property preparation guide sign-up

If you tick the box to receive the "How to Prepare Your Property for Photos" guide, I'll email it to you and may also email you occasionally afterwards about my services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Getting in touch by phone or email

If you contact me directly by phone or email, I'll collect whatever details you give me (name, email, phone number, property details) so I can respond and, where relevant, arrange a shoot.

Cookies

Analytics

I may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are popular. Any such tool only runs if you've consented to it through the cookie banner.

How long I keep your data

If you get a quote or contact me, I'll keep your details for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and for my own business records afterwards. If you've signed up for the preparation guide and later unsubscribe, I'll stop emailing you and remove your details from any mailing list within a reasonable time.

You can ask me for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Contact me using the details below.
