Winterton-On-Sea Stunning Sea Views - Prioritised
When I photograph a property the first thing I do is think about what its best features are so I can make sure I show them off. With this holiday let in Winterton-On-Sea, Norfolk it is obvious the best feature is the view. Not only has it got a view of the sea but it also has a view of the wonderful heathland that is very popular with dog walkers and ramblers staying at this holiday cottage. The views are visible from the outside seating area so I made sure I showed this in a photo so the prospective guests could imagine themselves sitting here enjoying the view with cold beverage.

I had already met Annie at a previous photo shoot and she got in touch with me to photograph her holiday let. Knowing this one had stunning sea views we both agreed the drone would be the best way to capitalise on this feature. It was important to show the close proximity to the heathland and beach as many of the visiting guests have dogs so this location was perfect for them. The property even has steps down from the garden, across the heath to the beach so once you are there you don’t even need to use your car to explore the stunning coastline. This was also all captured in a drone video for social media.

The drone was the best way to show off the stunning sea views
The interior of this property was well appointed too. Annie had set out a breakfast tray on the bed so I made good use of her staging with a detail shot of the bedroom, setting the scene for a cosy lie in on a sunny Sunday morning. Selling the lifestyle is an absolute top priority when photographing a holiday let. Your prospective guests could be sitting in front of their computer on a miserable November evening dreaming of a sunny getaway in the spring and they want to imagine themselves there, lying in bed with the doors open listening to the tide lapping on the beach below - this is what sell holiday cottage bookings!

Bedroom detail shots set the scene
This cottage had even more surprises up it’s sleeve - the bathroom had a tv built right into the wall so even on a winter break you could pamper yourself with a bubble bath while watching your favourite movie on Netflix. I had to get a shot to show off this feature. If the owner has gone to this much trouble to ensure their guests have a relaxing stay they really have thought of everything! Little details can set you apart from the competition and I make sure I capture them all in my photos so your guests can see why they should book a stay in your holiday home over the many others available.
